ARTEX ELT 345™ PILOT KIT
This is the latest Survival Kit for Pilots available. The new ARTEX ELT 345™ Pilot Kit is the perfect combination of safety and survival products designed to keep aviators safe in an emergency. This kit features the following essential survival products:
- ELT 345™ (includes Antenna, Remote Switch, + install hardware)
- ResQLink+™ Personal Locator Beacon
- C-Light H₂O™ Emergency Distress Light
- Hot Shot™ Signal Mirror and Res-Q™ Whistle
Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT)
Never leave the runway without having an Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) on board. The ELT 1000 is equipped with NAV interface, so if you run into an emergency, search and rescue teams will be given your aircraft location in less than a minute, within 100 meters. In addition to providing position accuracy, the ELT 1000 transmits on 406 MHz and 121.5 MHz frequencies. Like all our products, this ELT is built to surpass industry standards, and ensure that you’ll always get the help you need. Be Prepared for the Unpredictable: – Single output – Two-wire remote switch – Built-in GPS navigational interface – Accurate positioning – Multiple installation configurations
Buoyant Personal Locator Beacon
It may be small, but it’s tough. The ResQLink™+ Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) is a buoyant, GPS-enabled rescue beacon that’s suited for outdoor adventures of all sizes (think: everything from hiking and cycling to hunting and fishing). Should you run into an unexpected survival situation, the ResQLink+ PLB will relay your location to a network of search and rescue satellites, allowing local first responders to more easily get you home safe and sound. Be Prepared for the Unpredictable! Which one Should I Buy?
- LED strobe light
- Self Test
- 66 Channel GPS

Personal Locator Beacon
The ultra-compact ARTEX PLB can easily fit into your pocket or can be attached to a belt, taking up minimal space and ensuring it is readily accessible.
ME406 PORTABLE ELT
406 MHz Emergency Locator Transmitter – Automatic, Portable
Soar safely through the skies with the single-output ME406 Portable ELT by your side. If you should ever have to activate this ELT, the 406 MHz transmitter sends an encoded signal every 50 seconds to alert search and rescue teams of your situation. Plus, should circumstances require you to move away from your aircraft and to a more protected or accessible area, the wrap-around auxiliary antenna will continue to transmit your distress signal, even after the ELT has been removed from the aircraft.
406 MHz Emergency Locator Transmitter
The regulatory environment for Lithium Batteries has changed, and the ELT 4000HM is here for it. ACR is providing innovative battery system designs that assure a trouble-free certification path. The Artex ELT 4000HM is completely exempt from any FAA Lithium Battery compliance issues, and ships non-hazmat.
WW-3 RES-Q™ WHISTLE
Signal Whistle (meets USCG Requirements)
Get attention when you need with the WW-3 Res-Q™ Whistle. This compact survival whistle was specially developed to locate boaters who’ve fallen overboard, but it can also aid in land rescues. The WW-3 Res-Q issues a shrill dual tone up to 100 decibels, which is audible over great distances. The unique, flat design of this whistle keeps it from holding water, and its 31.5 inch (80 cm) lanyard easily attaches to life jackets, rafts and other weather gear. And, to top it all of, this rescue whistle was built to meet USCG requirements.
FIREFLY® PRO SOLAS
Emergency Distress Strobe Light
The Firefly PRO Solas emergency strobe light boasts an all-new light output power management system that produces over 41 candelas of light per strobe for up to 56 hours of use (with AA lithium batteries). Using wide-light emission LEDs, it cuts through even the toughest conditions, creating a super-bright flash visible for over 3 miles.
